Our 2024 initiatives include supplying youth programs in Jalisco, Mexico and Bujunbura, Burundi with:

• soccer equipment (balls, shoes and shin guards, coaching gear, uniforms)

• financial support to cover playing expenses (league fees, coaching, travel, field maintenance) 

• education supplies (pens, pencils, notebooks, etc)

• scholarship funding for older youth to enter and complete GED classes and trade programs

For perspective as you donate... On average, it costs between $2.5k and $4.5k for a child to play travel soccer in the US.  In Mexico, it costs  about $150.00 for the year per child.  This also includes the price of soccer shoes. Yet, families in the communities we are targeting struggle to find the finances to cover these costs. With 300 children and youth targeted in this years goals we hope you will help sponsor some of these youngsters.

 

In 2024, members of our team will traveled to Juanacatlan, Jalisco to visit the town's youth clubs and deliver the donated equipment and funds.

Come July 2024, one of our teammates, Toyi Anaclet, will travel to Burundi and deliver the soccer equipment personally to his home village.  While there, he will run an eight day camp with the help of two coaches for local youth.  Visit this site for more updates on Toyi's trip!
